Information We Collect

We may collect the following information:

• Contact information you provide: name, email address, phone number, and company name
• Call recordings and transcripts when you speak with our AI voice assistant or a team member
• Usage data: pages visited, time spent on the site, links clicked, and approximate location (city/region level)
• Device and technical information: browser type, IP address, and device type

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or health data.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and provide our services
• Schedule discovery calls and send booking links (by email or text message)
• Improve our website, AI voice assistant, and services
• Send transactional messages related to your inquiry or services
• Comply with legal obligations

Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors find and use our website. These tools place cookies on your device (typically named _ga and _ga_<container id>) containing a randomly generated identifier. That identifier lets us tell repeat visits apart from new ones. It is not tied to your name or email address.

What we measure with these tools:

• Which pages are viewed, in what order, and for how long
• How visitors arrived at the site (search engine, direct, referral)
• Clicks on outbound links, such as our scheduling link
• Whether a contact form was successfully submitted
• Approximate location derived from IP address, at the city or region level

We use this information only to understand and improve site performance. We have not enabled Google Signals or advertising personalization, we do not use Google Analytics data to build advertising audiences, and we do not attempt to identify individual visitors. Google Analytics does not retain your full IP address.

We have also linked Google Search Console to Google Analytics, which shows us which search queries lead people to our site. Search Console reports aggregated data only and does not use cookies.

How to opt out. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use your browser’s private or incognito mode, or install Google’s Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, which prevents Google Analytics from collecting data on any website you visit. Opting out will not affect your ability to use this site or contact us.

If we add advertising or remarketing tools in the future, we will update this section before doing so.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information with service providers that help us operate our business. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function:

• Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console): website analytics and search performance
• Web3Forms: delivers contact form submissions to our inbox
• Calendly: scheduling discovery calls. Information you enter on Calendly is governed by Calendly’s own privacy policy.
• Our AI voice assistant and email providers: handling calls, transcripts, and transactional email
• Professional advisors or authorities when required by law

Text Messaging (SMS)

If you provide your phone number and consent, we may send you transactional text messages (such as a link to book a free consultation). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or text messaging opt-in/consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers solely to deliver the messages or support our services (such as our messaging provider).

Call Recordings

Calls with our AI voice assistant are recorded and transcribed so we can review the conversation, improve the service, and follow up appropriately. By continuing the call after the disclosure, you consent to this recording.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Website analytics data is retained by Google Analytics for 14 months, after which it is deleted automatically.

Your Choices

You may:

• Request access to or correction of your personal information
• Ask us to delete your information (subject to legal requirements)
• Opt out of marketing communications (we currently do not send marketing emails)
• Opt out of SMS by replying STOP
• Opt out of website analytics using the methods described above

Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
